I disagree because i wasnt there, the man was still fighting, you have no idea what the shooting officer saw, by law there is no 20/20 hindsight in a shooting scenario. Ive veen in such life amd death fights and doubt you have ever even been punched in the face so screw your zero justification bullshit opinion.
