This is more of an exercise, like an informal office betting pool. At what point do you think Trump will invoke the insurrection act, given he has satisfied the parameters?

I thought originally that we were just days from having the Insurrection Act. But now, I think that Trump will NOT being using the Insurrection Act at all before the midterms.
