And I also agree to disagree. I literally hate property taxes, and that is coming from a Blue, Blue state-Maryland-our property taxes are extremely high in Maryland. I hope you live in a MAGA state because Maryland is one of the worst and very close to DC. It sounds like you are doing much better in the state you live in. Good luck and God bless you fren.
