Nattokinase (spelling?) has been shown to be effective in dissolving amyloid microclots and to a lesser degree dealing with the spike protein itself. However, if the gene therapy transcribed the injected DNA into a person's genome, their own cells will continue to produce more spike protein, indefinitely. So, it is more like a treatment until a cure hopefully comes along.
