A normal human who understands basic English and military terminology would think:
“This person does not know what they are talking about, or is lying.”
This is NOT a minor ERROR. Calling someone a Delta Force mercenary is like saying former FBI freelance cop. Or Marine Airman. You can assume that he meant Former Delta Force, Mercenary all you want, but a real English speaker would have known to add the comma.
I understood it right away, when I took into account that "The General" made a lot of other grammer mistakes in his tweet and wasn't what you call a normal human. LOL
