You are correct about the 7/10. Just before the plane too off a 737 had just landed with no problems. There was a 7kt cross wind, though. Eyewitnesses stated as the plane was taking off it was shuddering and then flipped over in the middle of the runway. I don't think a 7kt wind would flip a plane, though. Maybe an extremely high gust of wind? The wheels seemed to be intact after the crash. Hmmm..what would make a plane flip over while taking off in light winds?
