....moments before, sure, this is the danger of reacting to the MSM clips in the first 72 hours. Just rewind a couple minutes, and witness a guy blocking traffic by walking ostentatiously into the road, and yelling at drivers as they tried to inch past him. The agents biffed him (and her) off the road, and minutes later, the 'peaceful protesters' were at it again.
I am not saying he should have been killed, however, he was 'passively', physically inserting himself into an ICE operation. His death is not pretty., and it looks bad for the guys emptying their guns.
The point that Robert is making is: there is a co-ordination playbook - it explains the whistles, cars used to block traffic, maps, contacts in the state government, signal chats, buddy-systems, etc. etc.
The organizers make is so that the outward behaviour is technically NOT illegal. That is: one is allowed to make noise. One is allowed to protest, etc. One is allowed to have signal groups, and websites, and training.
But...this is why ICE gets wound up when people actually block the road: Because that IS illegal. Infringing on the rights of other road-users. Traffic laws. It seems like a small difference - one is standing on the sidewalk, protesting by yelling and blowing a whistle - the other is standing in the road, yelling at drivers.
Both peaceful, but one is illegal.
Don't stand in the road and play with cars.
What the little Trotskyites don't tell you is that this co-ordinated behaviour, complete with education modules on a website, IS dangerous (case in point being death-by-ICE). Especially as they use those psychological methods to rattle the agents - they even highlight that this is psychological warfare (i.e. noise, and harassment) to intentionally hype up the situation. Yeeah, ICE and Border patrol should be trained to just handle this sort of harassment. They can't block their ears, because they need to communicate. So, even as a parent of tantrum children, I can tell you that hearing damage is not fun. That level of noise stays with you for life, not kidding. But who cares, right? It's not illegal.
But. IMO, making things worse like that, when arms are involved, can lead to this sort of confrontation. People can snap. The c&nt was literally playing with fire.
The woman that was pushed to the ground was also part of that org. So, yeah, he was 'protecting her'.
He wasn’t using a whistle. If you watch the video he was flagging a car through so nobody would get hit. He wasn’t even near the ice agents. Event when the agents confronted him he wasn’t being aggressive. He helped a lady off the ground and then 3 or 4 ice agents hopped on his back. Show me video leading up to him being pepperd spayed that he was being aggressive towards the agents?
I agree, he wasn't using a whistle, but there were plenty of them - did you hear them?
I don't agree he was doing a good thing, and that he was not being aggressive.
He was yelling at the drivers, and he is NOT a traffic cop. He had no business being in the road. One has to look at that before the seconds when he was beaten, sprayed and killed.
The ICE agents had already told him to get off the road. And he continued with his behaviour - and he was blocking the traffic.

But I agree with you. He should not have died.
Terrible situation! Thank you for sharing your views!!
