However, if an officer asks if you have a gun, you are required to answer truthfully. He did nothing wrong. How do you know what was discussed? He wasn’t using a whistle. If you watch the video he was flagging a car through so nobody would get hit. He wasn’t even near the ice agents. Event when the agents confronted him he wasn’t being aggressive. He helped a lady off the ground and then 3 or 4 ice agents hopped on his back. Show me video leading up to him being pepperd spayed that he was being aggressive towards the agents?
