All narcissists have that, I sincerely believe the parts of thier brains that include, guilt, remorse, shame, empathy, accountability are missing. When you engage with someone like that you instantly feel as though you're looking into an empty shell. They just don't feel anything, they mimic emotions when the situation can be of their own benefit. And that's the most you'll ever get from them, empty empathy. A mask, a mask that falls off over time, you're left wondering how someone can be so heartless and uncaring.
