It's sad because it's this really weird soft tyranny of retards who think their policies will work. But they won't achieve their goals, then they shrug their shoulders after they make things worse.

And honestly even the true believers know their policies have trade offs and negative aspects to them. They just never mention them and keep trying to hide it from voters.
