• a) he kicked the tail light out

• b) they KNOW it was him, because they tackled HIM

• c) they know he kicked their tail light out, which is a felony

• d) they know he committed a felony to which they were present

• e) they tackled him and did not take his gun

• f) they clearly saw he had a gun because they pulled his jacket off and it was clearly visible on the video; and that means if WE saw it, then THEY saw it

• g) this is actually TWO felonies they did not arrest him for

• h) Had they arrested him for having a gun while in the act of a felony, as well as the felony property damage on a police vehicle, he'd be in jail

• i) If he were in jail, then he wouldn't be able to have been killed by them just days later

• j) If they let him OUT of jail, he'd still have been to jail and would have thought twice about going to jail a 2nd time, because after his initial arrest, if he's arrested AGAIN, the penalty is 2-10x greater, and there is no 'getting out of it' on 'good behavior' for example 'being an ICU nurse'
