The timeline for White Hat top down control has to extend back into Obama’s presidency and probably before. The evidence for this is the high level of complication in what White Hats are pulling off. Just the monetary / financial side of the plan would take decades of open coordination, not to mention the need to have high ranking White Hat officials in place in every participating country. Sure,,, there has been some WH’s in positions of power since Kennedy and beyond, but “some” don’t cut it. They needed “”FULL CONTROL””.
