Don Lemon has been indicted by a Federal Grand Jury in Minnesota for violating the FACE act and conspiracy charges. He's likely to take a plea bargain, and he'll roll over on his conspirators. They'll probably end up killing him later. 5-10 yrs prison or live as a rat. He is screwed either way.

Don Lemon and others were arrested for disturbing the peace in a Minnesota church. I agree that they should have been arrested, however now I am reading that the charges are federal not state under The Face Act https://www.congress.gov/bill/103rd-congress/senate-bill/636/text.
I looked at the Public Law version above,
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of Freedom of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
but on the last page, they define STATE as only
"(6) STATE.—The term 'State' includes a State of the United States, the District of Columbia, and any commonwealth, territory, or possession of the United States.".
So the bill was passed by the Senate and House of the United States of America, but only defines its jurisdiction as United States places and territory, not United States of America. They left out the states of the Union. Isn't it a constitutional violation for the Federal government to exercise general jurisdiction in a state of the Union? Or they obscure the issues by claiming that it touches interstate commerce, thus giving them jurisdiction?
Now, since typewriters were purchased from the areas that just joined the Union, namely Alaska and Hawaii, according to Title 1, Congress had to use a term that is NOT used in the Internal Revenue Code, in order to buy the same typewriters from the same geographical area:
