There are others terms that might be more appropriate :

Cosco Shipping Holdings, was forced to divest its control of the Long Beach Container Terminal they gained indirect control of the terminal in 2017.

April 2019, OOIL / COSCO announced the sale of its entire interest in the Long Beach Container Terminal
