Isn't there another judge that can overrule this woman?
I'm furious. I saw a YouTube video earlier today where the host of the program went over the indictment step by step. These charges are very.serious.
Frankly, I was very disappointed that the charges did not include kidnapping. Once they prevented the parents from reaching their children (thus keeping their children effectively imprisoned in that room against their will and the wishes of their parents) -- if that doesn't qualify as being "kidnapped" -- what does?
The fact that they eventually let the parents get their children means nothing. If you've got a kid somewhere and refuse to let that child leave (even for a period of time) -- that's still kidnapping.

Exactly. There should have been some charges related to that but there didn't seem to be any.
