Seize the operations of all large Corporations. Many are probably compromised and working against the best interests of Humanity. Id freeze ALL share activity other than for individuals with a net worth less than $5 million. Freeze ALL the assets. Assess all the damages to Humanity and Liberate the funds for the World to rebuild, replenish and clean up.
