I think this is talking about a good shock, not a bad one. Trump is remaking large portions of the world and the underlying systems that make it go. Remaking the middle east; remaking the western hemisphere; remaking NATO; remaking the relationship with Russia; remaking the whole nuclear war equation with the Golden Dome; and remaking the US in many ways. Odd man out for the moment is China, even though Xi is on board. Africa is mostly kicked down the road, except for a few instances.
