Can't release sex with minors/child porn (illegal) or stuff that's part of an ongoing investigation

Thats almost how bad the corruption/perversion/evil seems to be.

Supposedly, what's released will blur the faces of the children/minors and the acts, but the (perpetrating) men's (and women's?) faces will be unblurred. So, no CP per se but "maybe" enough to ID them.
