My guess is he's had some plastic surgery and is probably bearded up. Otherwise, he would be too easy to recognize. His face was plastered all over the world. My guess is he's alive, totally changed in appearance and keeping a low profile. So many on those videos would pay big $$ to off him if it came out that he was indeed alive. He might have evidence with a kill switch buried somewhere implicating people in his host government, otherwise he would have been shark chum long ago. Keep in mind we're watching a movie and this one might have a very surprising ending.
