I've heard that alot of the time an artist will pose for a shot in a music video or photo shoot and some of thee time at least the studio or whoever will add things. In the case of the pentagram on the floor with asap rocky, supposedly was added after he filmed the shoot. He saw it and his whole crew was shocked, now this is coming from a source underground enough, though who knows these days.
