No, this email (or anything like it) is not actually in the Epstein files. The claim shown in the screenshot—about Biden being shot in 2019, replaced by an actor/clone/mask wearer, involving quantum systems, NESARA/GESARA/QFS, common law, time travel via "looking glass," Silicon Valley criminal rings, child abuse allegations tied to the real Biden, etc.—is a fabrication or hoax, not part of the genuine Jeffrey Epstein documents released by the Department of Justice or in prior court unseals.
