That's his donut budget. The "Infrastructure improvement" is at least 3 additional inches on his waistline. It is amazing the corruption that the people of Illinois will tolerate. The only question is will this Governor go to prison too?

Tolerate it? What are we supposed to do about it when more than half the voters are stupid and only vote for a name with a D after it? Not to mention the voter fraud that takes place in this state.

A little help from the FBI and DOJ would be nice.
