My dad is 67, knees replaced, some wear from work but mostly due to obesity. He's been losing some weight and trying to eat more healthy. I keep encouraging him, there are no fat 100 year olds. I see some your age that are spry and act younger and some your age that I wonder if their card is getting pulled next week, I don't want to be the second one.
Everyone told me to take care of my body cuz you only get one... I didn't listen, drugs, drinking, partying and beating up my body in various other ways. Nothing like getting a little older and seeing people who are 60 looking 40 and others who are 40 looking 60 to make me want to change.
Glad you are in good health fren, I'd buy you a cup of coffee if I could.
Went down same road as you hard core for 40 years. No idea how my body didnt get tired of me long ago lol.
Still enjoy ride my old shovelhead or the long distance air ride Ultra :) Beats the old choppers I used to ride lol.
OK, Your dad. This is only if he is NOT on any serious medications. This substance will amplify medication like insulin by x5 to x15, so careful.
Find some DMSO 99.99%. Dilute with distilled water to 75%-80%. Clean area to be treated. Now apply Magnesium oil to both knees, just enought to cover. Apply DMSO with a clean hand. Wait until absorbed and do not let anything touch area during proccess. Takes about 15-20 min's.
As many times a day as he feels like. If redness and skin iritation happen slow down and skin will toughen up.
Edit, just reread, missed the knee replacement, dang need more coffee lol
I got 07 nightster doner bike that I mocked up on a Paco hard-tail frame I need to finish. It's basically a little cafe racer that's all engine with a springer seat. Won't be riding that one to Sturgis. I got enough grey in my beard now, I could probably pull off a geezer-glide or heritage soft-tail. I'm done riding dirt-bikes, don't need anymore broken bones.
PM me about that frame, I have one biker friend from the past who'd be interested. He's in a club with some good Christian old timers, everyone else I used to know from those days is dead or in prison.
They won't let me up there either 😂. My drinking days are over but we can shoot a game of pool when enough of you kinooks grow a pair and secede from woke drama teachers and pronoun people.
