Today's Jews especially over what is called Israel which it isn't Israel it's Edom now are the descendants of Esau.
The Anglo-Saxon Caucasians are actually the descendants of the 10 tribes of Israel.
Spiritually does it make a difference in the salvation process that comes from a sovereign God that chooses whom he will?
No because whom he chooses he saves and baptizes that individual not with water but with the Holy Spirit as promised in acts one five because today's water baptism is a charade and actually terrible doctrine.
