I think there is a high chance this will happen. Already looking like it will be tough to have a majority. All Democrats are virtually guaranteed to oppose it, excluding Fetterman who could honestly go either way. Regardless, there is not enough support to invoke cloture.
Quite frankly I think the future of our nation hangs in the balance with this bill.
I think this is important enough that Trump will do some dealing and have to concede something to the Dems. This happens on nearly every bill - not sure what would move the needle for the Dems to let this one go through (I'm talking about the RINOs Murkosky Collins Paul and maybe Thune) but I feel certain the horse-trading will occur on this one. Like OP says, this one is a big one and must pass.
