Thats the Minister Of Water Affairs... Has Absolutely NO Qualifications in Water management, Grossly incompetent like the rest of the ANC appointies...Theyre put there because of their Loyalty to the ANC Party.... Our Minister of Defence Used to be Minister of Education where she dropped the pass rate to only 30% because too many "Children" were failing, She said Maths wasnt neccessary because we Have Calculators... NO Experience at all in Defence...Its an Absolute shitshow....
