The date on that is yesterday so they had an emergency meeting yesterday at 2:30 in the afternoon after they got word DHS was coming.

This was a pre "raid" session to attempt to protect their asses and potentially block or cover up evidence.

Ah you are correct, that fits with reports of election officials panicking yesterday. Supposedly Kristi Noem was there yesterday as well.
