Don't know what it means, but it's worth remembering Bannon was the first person seeding/hyping "coronavirus" in late 2019 early 2020. Well before anyone else. Him bigging it up had me thinking it was an operation for late 2020, but he was working to bring it out early, to diffuse it's usefulness around election time.

As it turned out they kept it going all through 2020 until the election time.

Still could be either way around - impossible to know who is gaming who.
