What is this you linked to? Just one specific file? Can you share links to specific files on that justice.gov site? Meaning if I want to share one exact file; you can simply copy paste the url + share it?

Is there anyplace we can download the files enmasse/ bulk?

Yes, I linked just one of the sub-links I found after doing a search for the name "Jimmy Savile." These are the other files I spotted from that search. Some files appear to be duplicates. And, I would imagine there are plenty of indirect connections to be found by using different search terms.
