I "know" a jeweler who does custom work. I bet if there was good interest, I could convince him to create it. I will say with the current prices, it would be a very pricy ring. The women's ring down below would be even more expensive with the circle of diamonds. There would be be quite a bit of design work for it, however I bet you could also customize the sides with years "served" or whether you are a meme'er, researcher, or what "department" you served in...
