Saw a video where a conservative English commentator started denouncing Trump. Thought I heard something at the first but couldn’t make it out. Eventually started scratching my head and checked, and yep, every time.
Turned out he’d said “think Yiddish, act British”, and I missed the first part.
Stuff like that, or your link, or the ADL guy saying basically anything, makes my position of trying to unemotionally discern Adversary from American very irritating. Truth is Truth, and needs to come out, but some things make the positions I try to hold very difficult.
Maybe eventually I find out I was wrong, but I strongly believe that I’m not.
Brooks is assuming that all people of the elite class are inherently evil solely because of a college choice & wealth. He’s controlled opposition.
The Buddha in his day was educated, from a rich family, from a royal family. He followed a different path. He taught the Lotus Sutra.
