Why do they always cut essential services that are there to assist all citizens in need instead of cutting out all the waste, fraud and theft of the tax payer dollar done/taken/used up by a small percent of the total population? Oh, that's right, they themselves are a part of that small percent or benefit from it so, cant have that.
