Ross says that Florida is the future and is the only state for a founder to move their business to in order to scale their company.
As a native Floridian, I can tell you that most of us are tired of the constant growth. Our wildlands and farm/ranch land is being bought up at a rate I don't think I've ever seen before down here. We have a lot of problems with these companies poisoning our water and land.
But, I also see the attraction to Florida. In my opinion, it's the best state in the Union to really have a good life.
