Post 4566 seems to suggest the first indictment was Maxwell. She was subsequently arrested so it’s unclear how Andrew could be considered the first arrest.

Don't forget that Andrew's arrest was conducted by the British government.
I think Q was pointing to an arrest that will be conducted in the US and will be a high profile person... Obama? Hillary?
But... there's a separation between "first indictment" and "first arrest"....so we could BOTH be right. 😉😁
