It is difficult to know what to believe. My local hospital has a crematorium but, as far as I know, it is not involved in genocide.

In concentration camps with outbreaks of typhus every so often, I can see why a crematorium might be a useful facility.

Also, to get rid of bed bugs and other unwanted insects, I can see why mass delousing might also be an option. Now, whether the chemicals used were lethal to humans or just the insects living on them, I have no way of knowing.
