How are those inner city schools? How's the crime rate? How's the childbirth out of wedlock rate? What's the literacy rate among the different races?
You can't transplant a prehistoric group of people, who never wrote their own language, or had the wheel, into a world of machinery and instant worldwide communication and expect them to stop doing what their ancestors had been doing for tens of thousands of years, which was existing in one place, in the moment, with the future never having been a concept they ever thought about.
