I believe POTUS has been expecting this Decision because he's almost been teasing saying, " I hope the Supreme Court doesn't Rule against Tariffs"
I remember at the beginning of this Bessett seemed unconcerned and said something about they have the letters ready. I did not understand the actual issue but thought this was significant.
I also remember reading something about all 3 branches of government having to have fallen before invoking the insurrection act.

No. I read lots of who done it and thriller books and learned to recognize the tell tell, but seemingly unimportant detail slipped in at the beginning of the story. I learned something from my escapist literature. (Grin)
