The ethnicity of man is not responsible for how well they organize a good civilization. Furthermore, advanced cities and nations are products of trade and proximity to important cross-roads of neighboring societies. The Kingdom of Aksum is an example, and that's in Africa. The Queen of Sheba from Solomon's day was from that area.

This man is talking about stone buildings as if that is a measure of goodness. Ancient Babylon had marvellous buildings, yet were a wicked society which was wiped off the map and none of those buildings stand today.

What sets men apart is how much the Gospel has permeated their societies. Africa has seen limited success on this front, and was instead flooded with Islam. Prior to this, they were just a bunch of tribes fighting each other and believing the same deceptions all the rest of us maggots were believing prior to hearing the Truth. Ancestor worship, gods of rain and war, spirits of the trees and on and on. But those blind tribes are no less capable of being converted than the Germanic tribes or any other ethnicity of tribes.

Judging an ethnicity based on how big of a mega-city they were able to build is not a valid way to decide their value. Ancient Egypt, Assyria, Rome, Greece, Persia, all wicked, unjust societies ruled by wicked men.
