I don't agree with Trump. He expects them to vote his way every time just because he appointed them. Their job is to Judge honestly as to how they interpret a law and the constitution. They have voted for his agenda many times. They have some good arguments as to why the specific law Trump used to enact these tariffs is illegal. Appointing a Judge does not entitle you to a rubber stamp vote on every one of your cases. Trump outright says they should be voting Republican every time. That is not their job.
Personally, myself, I would have asked Clarence who the next SC Judges should have been. Pretty sure he would have made better picks.
PDJT's win rate at SCOTUS has been phenomenal, and political leanings shouldn't have much to do with how the justices rule. But at some point, regular Americans have to start wondering why the judiciary seems to be trying to stop the good things this administration is wanting to do for the country.
With that said, the lack of yapping from the left about this means they've secured a mere pyrrhic victory, if one at all.
While I don’t entirely disagree, I also don’t think this is what Trump is quite saying exactly.
“This never happens with Democrats”. His focus seems mostly to be pointing out that one side is consistently and habitually full of people doing “the fair thing” while the other side is consistently a rubber stamp.
While I’m sure he would love to have the rubber stamp like they do as a tool to clean up the filth, he also would probably love to see a two party system that actually plays fairly, as most of us would.
