Well you need RFK to explain the reasons, such as an immediate ban crashes everything.

Then release the bullet point plan of exactly when it will be 100% abolished.

That's how DC normally proceedS, and I don't see why this can't happen, like right this second.

This may be some of the horse trading Trump needed to get some other big concession... votes for the SAVE Act, maybe? Why did Collins and some other RINOs come around on that? They've read Trumps books, too. Don't give anything away for free.
