No problem. So, by painting it as 'Trump defies SC', the left will kneejerk. But everyone knows that the tariffs will remain, and be toggled at will, by the Trump administration. That's the point, the SC is trying to interfere in foreign policy. Not really their scope. But they point out the weak link. So now Trump will tighten the ship, and continue.
TBH, it makes sense to have a toggle-at-will tariffs, because it allows for flexibility, and room to make corrective action, and negotiation headroom, etc.
TGP headlines not mine, I believe it's saying that Trump will not back down and if the Deep State wants a war. He'll give them one.
