Yes and no. MSM loves pouncing on news of illnesses in order to scare the general public. For Trump to proclaim he’s sending a hospital boat for Greenlanders where there is no illness seems to be just as you stated, either a comm or a head fake. It seems to be a big one though, bigger than he’s done before. A very obvious one.
