Ok, but that's an entirely different issue. You don't see that?
Trump declared, flat out, that he was dropping out of a race. Not that he was waffling about entering the race to begin with. It assumes that he is already in the race.
Using that same reasoning, I can say President Trump has dropped out of every single Boston Marathon. Or Mr. Universe pageant.
You can't drop out of a race you never entered.
