Crime is out of control, what does Mamani do? Slow or freeze hiring. Same dnc strategy very time. Look how fast Trump cleaned up DC. Giuliani way back made NY safe again. Dems take over. Economy tanks. Crime is rampant. On the federal level constant troop deployments. Destabilize regions. Have their family and friends run ‘reconstruction’ funds. Aka Hunter Biden. This is a mafia protection racket.
