FedEx sues for refund of Trump tariffs, days after Supreme Court ruling

The Trump administration has warned that it could take years for refunds to be paid out for tariffs that the Supreme Court ruled are illegal.

FedEx also collects tariffs from US companies the receive packages from overseas in the USA. Many times with over collections and incorrectly assigned harmonized codes. They are nearly impossible to correct and get adjusted properly with FedEx when they make mistakes. They should be sued as well!
