FedEx sues for refund of Trump tariffs, days after Supreme Court ruling

The Trump administration has warned that it could take years for refunds to be paid out for tariffs that the Supreme Court ruled are illegal.

There is a FedEx plane hub in Memphis.

I know about the Memphis hub, but I still wonder why one shipment came straight down to me, and the other was sent to Memphis first. That seems a total waste on the second shipment. The shipments were identical in all respects, being the same materials from the same shipper, just two weeks apart.
