Think you mean 432 Hz. 1 MHz is 1,000,000 Hz. Well beyond the range that a young person with near perfect hearing can detect.

Humans can hear (under perfect conditions) somewhere between 20-20,000 Hz. The higher frequencies contain mostly transcient sounds (difference between wood drum stick hitting a cymbal vs metal). Being older and losing high frequencies impacts everything
