Maybe if you choose the cheapest option... Get a better surgery done, pay a little more and you won't need to ...

Like you can pay money to save a mangled hand, but the cheapest method is to just amputate the entire arm... There are always various methods for everything

Apparently they're instead going to use lasers to zap the prostate down to a more normal size. Not sure how that works.
