I was once offered an all expense trip to China to just give them my opinion on a project they were working on. I don’t know how they found me as I was about the only one with the expertise. I wasn’t planning on going, but I asked my brother for an opinion. He said that just giving your expert opinion would be an ITAR violation and would get me in big trouble.
You know good damn well he just did not train the CCP on tactics he I'm sure gave them top secret specs on the aircraft and ways they can defeat it in combat. This fucker needs to be hanged! Was the money worth it you POS! I want to see him at the end of a rope after a tribunal.
