TL, DR: The deep state wants ownership of AI and they want it NOW

And the worst part is, in terms of "Supply chain risks", they are targeting the wrong company; OpenAI is the bigger threat to the Gaming and Tech industry by hogging all the vital RAM chips needed for modern tech
